Music I liked in 2008 9 January 2009
This is not a top arbitrary number list, or any kind of countdown. It’s me grabbing stuff from 2008 that I liked, mostly at random, and throwing it on 8tracks. Not in anyway comprehensive even by my shoddy standards, and you’ll also note the near-complete lack of commentary on any of it.
Except I’ll mention that 2008 was the year I completely lost my shit over Firewater, Devotchka and Okkervil River.
In all honesty, however, you’d do better to listen to this much better 2008 run down.
